Update editable fields on the claim: note, first_name, last_name,
address_line_1, city_name, state, and zip_code. Use the
recipient fields to add or correct DHL eCommerce (name) and USPS
(name and address) recipient data after the claim has been created.
Returns 422 if the claim is past the editable lifecycle stage.
