Add Your GoFo TrackAPI Keys

ShipScience uses GoFo's TrackAPI to retrieve shipment tracking events and delivery updates.

Step 1: Request TrackAPI Credentials from GoFo

Contact your GoFo account representative and request TrackAPI credentials for your account. You will need:

• Your GoFo Customer Number
• Your GoFo API Secret

You can use the following request:

Please provide our GoFo Customer Number and a TrackAPI API Secret that ShipScience can use to retrieve tracking information for our GoFo shipments.

Step 2: Add Your TrackAPI Keys to ShipScience

• Sign in to the ShipScience Web Application.
• Navigate to Data Sources.
• Locate "GoFo".
• Click "+ Add Account"
• Select "GoFo TrackAPI Keys"
• Enter your Customer Number and API Secret.
• Click "Save".

NOTE: ShipScience will validate your TrackAPI keys and begin retrieving tracking events.

Step 3: Connection Validation

Your GoFo connection is complete when:

• GoFo invoice emails are being forwarded successfully
• ShipScience has received and processed an invoice
• Valid GoFo TrackAPI keys have been added
• ShipScience can retrieve tracking events
• Invoice shipments can be matched with tracking data

NOTE: The ShipScience team may contact you if an invoice cannot be processed or the TrackAPI keys do not provide the required access.
