Add Your Jitsu Tracking API Key

ShipScience uses Jitsu’s tracking API to retrieve shipment tracking events and delivery updates.

Step 1: Request an API Key from Jitsu

Contact your Jitsu account representative and request an API key that:

• Is associated with your Jitsu account
• Provides access to shipment tracking data
• Covers all applicable accounts or shipping locations

You can use the following request:

Please provide an API key that ShipScience can use to retrieve tracking information for our Jitsu shipments. The key should include tracking access for all accounts and shipping locations associated with our organization.

Step 2: Send the API Key to ShipScience

Send the tracking API key provided by your Jitsu representative to your ShipScience account team. The ShipScience team will add it to your Jitsu connection.

NOTE: ShipScience will validate the API key and begin retrieving tracking events.

Step 3: Connection Validation

Your Jitsu connection is complete when:

• Jitsu invoice emails are being forwarded successfully
• ShipScience has received and processed an invoice
• ShipScience has received a valid Jitsu tracking API key
• ShipScience can retrieve tracking events
• Invoice shipments can be matched with tracking data

NOTE: The ShipScience team may contact you if an invoice cannot be processed or the API key does not provide the required access.
